What is the passenger capacity?

Our Turtle Bus comfortably seats up to 25 passengers. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we cannot exceed this limit.

How far do you travel?

We serve Northwest Oklahoma and the surrounding area. Trips outside this region are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on distance, scheduling, and event type.

Do you operate interstate or intrastate?

VIP Elite Transport is intrastate only, serving clients within Oklahoma. We do not provide out-of-state travel at this time.

How do I book?

You can book directly through our website or by calling Mike Parks, Owner & Operator, to confirm availability and discuss details. A deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

What is the deposit amount?

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due before the trip begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be rescheduled without penalty, based on availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of your event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

Yes — guests are welcome to bring beverages and snacks. We ask that you drink responsibly and clean up after your group.

Are alcohol and smoking allowed?

Passengers 21 and over may bring alcoholic beverages, provided all guests comply with state laws and respect the driver’s authority. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted on the bus.

Can we decorate for our theme or event?

You’re welcome to bring small decorations or themed items for your event, but please use tape only and avoid confetti or glitter.

What happens if our event runs late?

If your event runs longer than scheduled, you may extend your booking based on driver availability. Overtime rates apply and are billed in 30-minute increments.

Do you have a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

Yes. VIP Elite Transport uses an NDA to protect all client and trip information. A copy is available upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, cash, and verified digital payments at the time of booking or prior to departure.

Is there a cleaning or damage fee?

A cleaning fee may apply for excessive spills, trash, or damage beyond normal use. Guests are responsible for maintaining respectful use of the vehicle.

  • All riders must sign a passenger agreement before departure.

  • The driver reserves the right to deny service or end a trip early due to unsafe or disrespectful behavior.

  • VIP Elite Transport is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

  • Please arrive on time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may count toward your reserved hours.
